MARCH Nose Work 2: Introduction to Odor

Service Description

This is your dog's second nose work class and all dogs who have successfully completed Introduction to Nose Work are eligible for this class. Proof of Parvo, Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations (or titers) are required prior to the start of the first class. Dogs are introduced to their first competition odors: birch and cypress. Even if you aren't interested in ever competing with your dog, you can continue the fun and confidence building you began in Introduction to Nose Work. By the end of this six week class, your dog will be searching for (and finding!) a couple of cotton swabs scented only with a tiny amount of birch or cypress essential oil. All the supplies you need for class will be provided for you on the first day. Just bring lots of very yummy treats to reward your dog for a job well-done!
